How do I pay?
You can pay in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) by bKash or local bank transfer. Payments are currently taken against an invoice; an automated online payment gateway is coming very soon.
Can I connect my own custom domain?
Of course! The panel shows exactly which DNS records to add. As soon as the domain points to us, free SSL turns on automatically.
Will my emails end up in spam?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured automatically to make sure your mail is delivered. You can track each domain's health right in the panel.
Are there backups?
Apps and databases are backed up every day, and can be restored in one click.
Which languages and frameworks run?
ASP.NET Core, Node, Python, PHP, static sites and Docker. Legacy ASP.NET MVC 5 (.NET Framework) support is coming soon.
Can I run a game server or voice calls (VoIP)?
Yes. Take public TCP/UDP ports in the panel and run a game server, SIP/VoIP, MQTT or a GPS tracker server; realtime mode is there for low latency. How many ports you get depends on your plan.
Where is my data kept?
Your apps, databases, files and email are kept on our servers in Bangladesh. Backups are encrypted and kept in separate storage. We never sell your information — the Privacy Policy has the details.
