Privacy Policy

Keeping your information safe matters to us. This policy explains, in plain words, what information Meghly collects, why, and how it is protected.
In short
- Your data is kept on servers in Bangladesh.
- We never sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
- You own your websites, email and databases; we process them only as far as running the service needs.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the website, panel and every service of "Meghly" (address: 3rd Floor, H-31, Rd-10, Uttara, Dhaka 1230). For any privacy question, contact shohag.meghly@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect

3. Why we use it
- To run and deliver your websites, apps, email and other services.
- To keep accounts secure and to find and stop abuse (such as spam or attacks).
- For billing, invoices and payment records.
- To give support and send essential service notices (such as maintenance or security alerts).
- If you joined the beta waitlist, to contact you about the launch.
- To improve the service — as overall statistics, without singling anyone out.
We do not read the contents of your mailboxes, databases or files. Only when you allow it for support, or where investigating abuse or a legal obligation requires it, may they be looked at, as far as needed.
4. Your customers' information
You control the information about your own customers held in your websites, apps or campaigns (such as contact lists or order data). We store and process it only on your instructions. Getting your customers' consent, and honouring their requests (such as unsubscribing or deletion), is your responsibility.
With Track opens and Track clicks on in a campaign, when a recipient opened the mail or which link they clicked is recorded. Either can be turned off for each campaign.
5. Where information is kept
Your apps, databases, files and email are stored on our servers in Bangladesh. Backups are encrypted and kept in storage separate from the main servers.
When you manage your own server with Meghly Panel, that server's data stays on your server; the panel receives only what managing it needs (such as the server's state and statistics).
6. Who it is shared with
We do not sell or rent your information. Only in these cases is the minimum necessary shared:
- SSL certificates: your domain name is sent to Let's Encrypt to turn on HTTPS.
- Connections you make: when you connect Cloudflare or another service yourself, the information it needs (such as DNS records) is sent to it.
- Delivering mail: the mail you send is delivered to the recipient's mail server — that is what an email service does.
- Legal obligations: under a valid order from a competent authority under the laws of Bangladesh. Where the law allows, we tell you about such a request.
7. How long we keep it

8. Cookies and browser storage
Meghly's website has no advertising or tracking cookies. The panel keeps a little information in your browser to remember that you are signed in and your preferred language; signing out removes the sign-in information.
9. Security
- Every connection to the website, panel and mail is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords, API keys and other secrets are stored encrypted.
- Every app runs in its own container and network, so one customer cannot see another's data.
- Two-step verification and the audit log let you protect your account too.
If a security incident affects your information, we will tell you promptly and take the necessary steps.
10. Your rights
You may ask at any time:
- what information we hold about you;
- to correct information that is wrong;
- to delete your information (except what the law requires us to keep);
- for a copy of your data — databases and files can be exported from the panel itself.

11. Children
Meghly is made for businesses and developers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
When this policy is updated, the date at the top of the page changes. We tell you by your account's email about important changes.
